Define the Product Before You Place the Order
The more clearly a bag is specified, the easier it is to evaluate the project. You can begin with a complete technical pack, an existing sample, or reference images accompanied by measurements and notes.
For OEM enquiries, share the design and specifications you want us to follow. For ODM enquiries, explain the product direction and the areas you would like to develop with our team. We will review the requirements and discuss which details need to be resolved.
Materials & Construction
Identify the preferred outer material, lining, structure, and finish. If you have a reference swatch or an existing product, use it to explain the texture, weight, and appearance you are looking for.
Dimensions & Internal Layout
Provide the overall measurements and the items the bag needs to hold. Include requirements for pockets, dividers, compartments, or other internal features.
Branding & Color
Share your logo artwork, preferred placement, and color references. Branding methods and color arrangements will be discussed according to the selected materials and design.
Hardware & Packing
Specify handles, straps, zippers, closures, labels, and packaging requirements. Include any retail presentation or shipment packing instructions that need to be considered.
Available materials, components, and customization methods are reviewed for each project.

Send the design files, measurements, material preferences, logo artwork, and any reference images or samples available. Highlight the features that are essential to the product.

Check the sample against your intended use and specifications. Consider the bag as a complete product, including how it opens, what it holds, and how it is carried.
Confirm Any Adjustments
Provide clear feedback on the changes required. The final sample version and the agreed specifications should be confirmed before the project proceeds to bulk production.
Sampling arrangements, costs, and the schedule for any revisions will be discussed with our team.
Confirm the Order Around an Agreed Specification
Bulk production should begin with a shared understanding of the finished product. Before proceeding, confirm the approved sample, materials, colors, branding, quantities, and packing requirements, together with the commercial terms of the order.
Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per style, per color.
For example, one style ordered in two colors requires a minimum of 500 pieces in each color, for a total of 1,000 pieces.
Production Lead Time
Our typical production lead time is approximately 30 days from receipt of the deposit.
The applicable schedule will be confirmed for your order. If your project has a required arrival date, share it at the enquiry stage so that production and shipping can be considered together.
Changes After Confirmation
If you need to change an approved detail, contact our team before assuming it can be included in the order. Changes to the design, materials, quantity, or packing requirements may affect the production arrangements and schedule.

We carry out 100% inspection of finished bags before shipment. Each finished bag is inspected rather than relying only on a selection taken from the order.
The approved sample and confirmed specifications provide the reference for assessing the finished product. If your business has particular acceptance criteria or inspection requirements, share them before order confirmation so they can be reviewed with our team.
Clear requirements are especially useful when a project involves specific dimensions, branding placement, packaging instructions, or other details that matter to your sales or distribution process.
Plan the Shipment Around Your Destination
Packing and shipping requirements are part of the order brief. Tell us how the bags need to be packed, where they will be delivered, and whether there are instructions from your receiving warehouse or logistics provider.
Sea & Air Freight
Sea and air freight can be arranged according to customer requirements. The appropriate shipping arrangement will be discussed based on the destination, order volume, and timing needs.
Amazon FBA Services
Selling through Amazon? We also provide FBA services for bag orders. Share your shipment plan, labeling instructions, packaging requirements, and designated fulfillment center details so we can review the preparation and delivery arrangements for your shipment.
Production lead time and shipping transit time are separate. Freight costs, estimated transit time, and delivery terms will be confirmed according to the agreed shipping arrangement.
